• If a chosen color is out of stock, an alternate color may be offered with the customer’s consent.

• Accessories or trims may be substituted with similar items, depending on availability.

• Delivery times are estimated only and do not include public holidays.

• Orders are processed for delivery only after payment is received and confirmed.

• Delivery timelines may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct and accessible.

• If delivery fails after two attempts due to customer error, no claims or refunds will be entertained.
